What if the client does not turn up?
If the client has paid online it will be up to you to decide whether to give them a replacement lesson or refund depending on the circumstances. If they have not you will probably not receive the payment but will have the option to exclude this client from booking with you in the future.
Does the client pay for the lesson online?
You have the option to:
Receive payment for lessons online. This requires set up of an account to receive payments and there is a charge for this service from the account provider, though not from 121lessons.com
Accept bookings and receive the payment on the day. This is a good option if you know the client will attend and pay or if you are willing to take that risk.
A combination of both i.e. accept bookings from approved clients without prior payment while requiring new or unreliable clients to pay in advance. Clients will be directed to pay automatically without knowing you made any distinction.

Can people see how many lessons I take?
No. Only you can see your full schedule. Everyone else can only see your ‘unbooked’ i.e. ‘Available’ lessons.
What if I pay for a lesson and the instructor does not turn up?
If you have paid for a lesson through our system the instructor will have paid more than the price of one lesson to use our service. Any instructor who has not turned up for a lesson will be stopped from using our system until they provide a satisfactory explanation and make it up to the client concerned. We would discourage you from paying for more than one lesson in advance or from paying a coach in advance in any other way than through our system.
